The Little Differences from past versions
So far there have been many differences between Wild World and Tobidase. Some are small. Some are very big. So lets start with the small and work our way up.
First up is that the number of villagers have increased. I now have 9 and counting. Second villagers can be seen in shops, you can encourage them to buy or not buy items. They can also be found shaking trees and looking exasperated when nothing falls out. You can also find them fishing in the river.
(A new Townie's house in the making. You have no control of when or where they pop up. But new features are unlocked everyday and you can change the laws of the town, so I suspect in the future you might be able to......if you can afford the hefty price to change the town rules. )

Another small but convenient thing is when donating to Hooter, you can donate many items at once, skipping his speech about the origins of the bug/ fossil etc. Statuary can also be donated that you buy from Red. And items that have previously been donated cannot be selected when donating items, saving you the time of Hooter telling you that you've already given him that bug/ fish/ etc.
(This is a wig in the game. Shampoodles hasn't opened yet)
( Whoops in I go. )
(I've discovered a sapphire.)
Instead of 2 fossils a day and gyroids, you can find 4 fossils every day. I have yet to dig up a gyroid. But pitfall seeds are back. Also you can break open a rock every few days or so to find a jewel inside of all different kinds. I've found no purpose for those except selling them. I've found a ruby and a sapphire so far.
Following me home for a visit.
"Wow that was fun. Thanks for letting me take a look. I'm off to home now."
Animals can come to your house as they did in previous versions, but sometimes they'll demand to come on the spot, and they will walk with you to your house. Sometimes they'll invite you over to their house and allow to you purchase one item in their home. Much like the flea market though, not everything is for sale. Either way, if you give their house a good rating or have them over you'll find a thank you gift in the mail the next day.
Fruit and flowers are back. But now we have orchids, lemons and mango. These can be had on the island and brought back. (More on the island next post)Also, occasionally normal fruit but a different color will pop up on trees. They are labeled to be especially delicious.
(Mango trees and exotic flowers on "East Island".)
Lastly, your storage in drawers etc have been increased. You get 3 sets of 6 storage compartment. I use section A for furnature, B for clothing and C is still empty. It'll probably store rugs and wallpaper when a shop opens that sells them. They are currently not sold at Nook's.
Stay tuned Monday for the big differences in the game. Thanks for reading.
